Photos of your face are considered biometric data under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and similar international regulations. We treat this data with the highest level of protection.
When you select a photo to generate an AI portrait:
We ask for your explicit consent before processing any facial photo. You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account, which will remove all associated data.

Proxima AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
Continued use of Proxima AI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
